2. Use of the Platform

HighTimeMaps is a directory service for licensed cannabis dispensaries operating legally in Thailand. We do not facilitate the sale of cannabis products directly. All transactions occur between users and dispensaries independently.

3. Age Verification

You must be 20 years of age or older to use HighTimeMaps. By confirming your age, you represent that you are legally permitted to view cannabis-related content in your jurisdiction.

4. Listing Accuracy

Dispensary information including hours, addresses, and prices is provided by listing owners. HighTimeMaps does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Always verify details directly with the dispensary before visiting.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Reviews and Content

By submitting reviews or other content, you grant HighTimeMaps a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content. You agree not to post false, defamatory, or harmful content.

7. Limitation of Liability

HighTimeMaps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: January 2026.
